Greetings, I’m Aldyn Pérez.
I am a negotiation strategist and supply chain professional with over 21 years of global, real-world experience leading Supply Chain, Procurement, and Contract Management operations across diverse industries, particularly in the mining industry.
As the creator of the Dual-Sided Negotiation Framework, I combine hands-on leadership with advanced negotiation training at Harvard Business School and Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education.
